All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is due to the expenses involved with removing a vehicle from the market, relisting fees, additional interest, and possible loss of sale.
We can assure you that we do not want your deposit unless you truly plan on purchasing our vehicle.
If you do not complete a purchase, we will hold your deposit which can be applied towards the purchase of another vehicle within Dealer Directs inventory.
Dealer Direct reserves the right to cancel this agreement and refund the deposit at any time at the dealership’s discretion.
